THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION ©?`TNE CITY OF li2ANI, FLORIDA, That the City'Mahager be and is hereby directed to :.:ake and file with the City Clerk a preliminary aasesst:ent roll of said improvement as provided in Section 56 of the City Charter. • BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon the filing of said preliminary assessment roll, the City Clerk cause notice to be given is a newsra)er p.iblished in the City twice weekly for two weeks, s c:,.ting that at a meeting of the Commission of the C:.ty of i:iami to be held on a certain day and at a certain hour, not less than twelve days from the date of the first publication, any person whose property is described in said preliminary assessment roll, may appear and file written objections to the confirmation of the said preliminary roll.
