Sanitary' Sewer Xmprovement Ito.
WHEREAS, the oontraot entered into for the improvement Of
Lots 1 to 6, both inolueive, of Blooke "A", "B", "0" end "D" of
Druid Court, bthe oonetruotion of eerftnry sewer
authorized by resolution of the Commission of the City of
Miami has been properly and completely done and said work
duly accepted by the Commission of the City of Miami,
NOW, THEREFORE,DE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAZMI, FLORIDA, That the City Manager be and is
hereby directed to :wake and file with the City Clerk a
preliminary assessment roll of said improvement as provided
In Section 56 of the City Charter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon the filing of said
preliminary assessment 3•oll, the bity Clerk cause notice
to be given in a newspaper published in the City twice
weekly for two weeks, siting that at a meeting of the
Commission of the City o. Miami to be held on a certain day
and at a certain hour, not less than twelve days from the
date of the first publication, any person whose proper$y is
described in said preliminary assessment roll, may applar
and file written objections to the confirmation of the said
preliminary roll.
