BB IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the di;
of Miami: That the bill of the U. S. Mortgage A
Trust Company, in the sum of $2,627.00 for prepare-
tion and certification of 42,730,000 Improvement
Bonds of the City of Miami,. be and is hereby ap-
proved and ordered paid from the said issue.
BB IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bill of Myers
& Myers, of Tallahassee, Florida, in the sum of
$50.00 for procuring certified copies of titles of
the Acts of the Legislature, be and is hereby ap-
proved and ordered paid from the $2,730,000 Bond
Issue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of July, A.
D. 1923.
