FINANCE TO PAY THE ESTIMATES PROM 83RTES"
"T" BOND ISSUE UNTIL SUCH FUNDS ARE AVAIL4b
ABLE PROM SERIES "U" BOND ISM{.
WHEREAS, oertain oontraots have been awarded t0
be paid from the proceeds of the sale of Series "U" Bonds
whioh prooeeds have not yet been reoeived, and
WHEREAS, oertain estimates for oompleted work hams
beoome due and payable and further estimates will be dos
and payable before funds will be available from said Be-
riee "U" Bonds, now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of
Miami that the Direotor of Yinanoe be and is hereby au-
thorized to pay said estimates from the balanoe remaining
in Series "T" Boni Issue until the prooeeds from the sale
of Series "U" Bonds are available, at which time all ad-
vances from Series "T" in payment of said estimates are
to be reimbursed to said Series "T" Bond Issue from the
prooeeds of sale of Series "U" Bonds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of July, A. D.
1923.
