reports that the following transfer is necessary to the
Department of Pubiio Utilities for the pnrohase of tools.
and instruments, to be used on the oonstruotion of the
parks , water supply, and street railway, now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of
Miami that the Director of Finance be, and he is hereby,
authorised and directed to make the following transfers:
