THEREAS the printed charteno of the City of Miami hav all been distributed and used, and WHEREAS amendments to the charter were adopt a b vote of the electors of the City of Miami on July 1' , 19 and it immt necessary and proper that publication should ;be made of the oharter with its amendments, NOT, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, that the City Manager shall cause to be printed and published five hundred (500) copies of the charter of the City of Miami, together with its amendments as adopted by the vote of the electors of the City of Miami on July 17, 1923, and such charter and its amendments shall be printed and published under the direction of the City Attorney, who shall cause an index to be prepared for such charter and amendments.
