Passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement
designated as Sanitary Sewer Xmprovement NO. 76
Di st ri of Sr. 72 , and directed the City Manager 10
prepare and file Plaits and specifioations of such improvement
and an estivate of the cost thereof, inoluding an estimate.
of the incidental expensea,and the said plans and speoifiu
cations avid estivate of cost and estivate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City Manager with the City
Clerk.
Therefore, Be it Resolved by the Commission of the City
of Lila :i, Florida, That the City Clerk shall cause to be
published for at least once in the

a newspaper of general circulation in the City of wiatti, a
notice stating that at a meeting of the Commission of the
City of I.iiami, tc b2 held at the City Hall in the City of
Miami, on the "1st day of July 19`.
at 90O A.M. o'clock, the Commission of the City of Miami,
will hear the remonstrances of persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
