RHEREAS, the contract entered into for the impr'o;veseent of
N. W. 12TH AVENUE, from West Plagler to N. W. 7th Street,
by the oonetruotion of a sidewalk 6 feet wide, except *ere
suitable sidewalk to U'e proper grade and line wI$ *trendy in
ti
authorized by resolution of the Commission of the City of
Miami has been properly and completely done and said work
duly accepted by the Ovmaission.of the City of Miami,
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED HY THE COMMISSION OF TEE
CITY OF MIAMII, FLORIDA, That the City Manager be and is
hereby directed to ::.ake and file with the City Clerk a
preliminary assessment roll of said improvement as provided
in Seotion 56 of the City Charter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon the filing of said
preliminary assessment roll, the bity Clerk cause notice
to be given in a newcpa.?er published in the City twice
weekly for two weeks, sr, sting tat at, a meeting of the
Commission of the City of l:iaLLi to be held on a certain 4ay
and at a certain hour, not less than twelve days from the
date of the first publication, any person whose property is
described in said preliminary assessment roll, may appear
and file written objections to the confirmation of the said
preliminary roll.
