WHEREAS, the City Commissioners appreciate the in
tare st taken in this and other city work by the various
civic clubs of Miami, but it is the opinion of the Com-
mission, after a most thorough investigation and care-
ful consideration, that at the present time it would be
an unnecessary board witli more or less expense attached
thereto; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of
Miami, That the request of the civic clubs to appoint a
City Planning Board at the present time, be, and the same
is hereby, denied, and
BE I'.i' FU 7IT ER RESOLVED that the. Oity Clerk be, and
he is hereby, instructed to send to Mr. Paul R.Scott,
Chairman, a copy of this resolution.
