MIAMI:
Section 1: That the United States:Mortgage
Trust Company, of New York City, be, and theyi'' are
hereby, requested to destroy the $300,000 unexeouted
Dock Ponds of the City of Miami, dated July 1, 1920,
and to destroy the $500,000 executed Municipal Im-
provement Bonds of the City of Miami, both the exe-
cuted and unexecuted bonds being'dated July 1, 1920,
and that they furnish the City of Miami with the pro-
per proof of their destruction.
Section 2: That a copy of this resolution be
forwarded by the City Clerk to the United States Mort-
gage and Trust Company.

1923.
