Section 1: That A. J. Rose of,.the City. of Miami,
Florida, be,. and he is hereby. appointed as City Attor-
ney of the City of Miami, Florida, at and during the
will of the City Commission of the City of idiami, Florida.
Section 2: That this resolution shall take ef-
fect immediately upon its passage and upon the taking
of the oath of office prescribed by the City Charter.
