A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUIREgENT
BY EMINENT DOMAIN FOR STREET PURPOSES OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, OF THE PROPERTY IN SAID CITY
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami deems
it
it necessary to acquire the following property:
First.
That portion of Lot eight (8) , Block one
(1) of Johnson & Waddell Addition, lying
east of a line which is 35 feet west of the
center line of N. Miami Avenue and parallel
to it. This lot belongs to B. G. Hewitt,
whose address is 606-7 Odd Fellows Building,
c/o H. W. Durbriske & Company, Indianapolis,
Ind.

The west twenty (20) feet of Lot three (3)
of Block two (2) Fleming and Pearson Sub-
division. This property is owned by Lucille C.
Pearson of M-.ami, Florida.
Third.
The west fifty (50) feet of the south one
hundred (100) feet of Lots ten (10) and
eleven (11) of Block sixteen (16) of Robins,
Graham & Chillinesworth Addition to the •
City of Miami, Florida, and is located at
the Northeast corner of North Miami Avenue
and Fourteenth Street, being 100 feet on
North Miami Avenue and fifty feet on
Fourteenth Streit,
for the purpose of widening N. Miami Avenue, the acquisition
of said property being necessary for the widening of the
said s tree-, and for the benefit and convenience and safety
of the public,

City of Miami, Florida, and is located at
the Northeast corner of North Miami Avenue
and fourteenth Street, being 100 feet on
North Miami Avenue and fifty feet on
Fourteenth Street,
all of said property lying and being situate in the City,
of Miami, Flori.aa, for street purposes for the purpose of
widening North Miami Avenue in said City.
