A RESOLUTION AUTHORISING REFUNDS ON
1922 CITY TAXES ERRONEOUSLY ASSESSED
AND COLLECTED.
WHEREAS, the following description of prop-
erty has been erroneously assessed on the 1922 Tax Roll;
Claims for Refund have been duly filed and recommended
by the Tax Assessor that the amount set opposite the name
and description be refunded:
