WHEREAS, the City Manager has presented oontraot
described in the caption of this resolution which has
been approved as to form and execution by the City At-
torney and to which proper bond is attaohed and has
been executed by the oontraotor; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of
Miami:
That the said contract be, and the same is here-
by, approved by the City Commission, and the City
Manager authorized and directed to execute the same
for and on behalf of the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of June, A. D.
