WHEREAS, it appears that,,improveme.nt re8olutione
should properly appear in the minutes of the proceedings
of the Commission and that it will.be a saving of time
and expense to the City to have the forms thereof printed
in such size as will fit the Minute Books of the Commis-
sion; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami:
That the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, author-
ized and directed to prepare necessary forms and have the
same printed on paper of the same quality as the Minute
Books and of such Eize that the same will fit and be in-
serted in the said Minute Books, the blanks to be proper-
ly filled in by thtCity Clerk.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of June, A. D. 1923.
