according to the map made thereof on file in the
office of the clerk of the oirouit court of Dade
County, Floricla said Block containing Lots one
(1) to shine '91 , both inclusive, and said Block
being bounded on the North by .Southeast -Ninth
Street, on the East by Southeast Miami Road,
on the South by Southeast Tenth Street, and on
the West by South Miami Avenue,
be acquired by the City of Miami for public park purposes
for the use and benefit of the inhabitants of the City of
Miami,
NOW, T:IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the City Attorney be and he is
hereby authorized to institute the necessary legal prooeedinga
in the name of the City of Miami, for the acquirement by the
said City by eminent domain of the following described property
in said City, to -wit:
Block 72 South, ir. the City of Miami, Florida,
according to the aap made thereof on file in the
office of the clerk of the circuit court of Dade
County, Florija, Said :lock containing Lots one
(1) to nine (� ), both inclusive, an .i said Block
being bounded on the North by Southeast Ninth

for public park purposes for the use and benefit of the
