A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAY-
MEIT OP THE BALANCE DUE THOMAS H.
SEXPP & COMPANY OF TWENTY FIVE HUN-
DEED DOLLARS, (42,500.00) FOR PUB-
LICITY DURING THE SEASON 1922-1923.
WHEREAS, the Chamber of Commerce has
presented a bill of Thomas R. Shipp & Company,
of .Washington, D. C., in the slim of $2,500.00,
being final payment on their contract for Pub-
lioity during the season 1922-23, and reoommende
that the same be paid from the 1923 Publicity
Fund, now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami that the Director of Finanoe be end
is hereby authorized and directed to pay to Thomas
R. Shipp & Company the sum of 02,500.00 from the
1923 Publicity Fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June,
A. D. 1923.
