1988 CITY TAXES ON LOT 55, BLOCK 57,
BRICKELL'S FLL LER &DDtTIOlt.
WAS, the Director of Finance reports that
Lot 65, Block 67, Briokell' s hlagler Addition, was
erroneously assessed on the 1922 Tax Roll; this prop—
erty being outside the City limits, and
WIEREAS, the 1922 Oity taxes, in the sum of
$21.87, were paid on the above described property,on:
November 29th, 1922, by Miss Maude B. Briokell, Tex
Receipt #1827 being issued in payment of same, now
therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City
of Miami that the Director of Finance be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to refund the sum of
$21.87 to Mies Maude E. Briokell for taxes erroneously
assessed and collected.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, A. D.
1923.
