BE IT RESOLVED by 'the Commisainn' of the Oita -off' `
that the Trustees of the Internal Improvement' Fund sire
requested upon behalf of the City of Miami to convoy to Said
City all of• the submerged lands, not now owned by the Oily
in Biaoayne Bay within the limets of the City of Miami
south of Collin's Bridge to said City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a Dopy of this resolution
be forwarded by the City Clerk to Honorable Cary A. Hardee,
Chairman of the Internal Improvement Board at Tallahassee
and a copy fore:arede by the Clerk to J. W. Wateraon at
Tallahassee a copy to 3. C. Wi11::.rd at Tallahassee.
