passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement

District E-190 , and directed the City manager to
prepare and file Plana and s»eoifioaticns of such improvernent
and an estimate of the coat thereof., including an estimate .-
of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and speoifi-►
cations and estimate of cost and estirlate of incidental
expenses have been riled by the City Uanager with the city
Clerk.
Therefore, Be it Resolved by the Commission of the City
of Liiar:.i, Florida, That the City Clerk shall cause to be
published for at least once in the

a newspaper of general circulation in` the City of ' Lliaraii a --
notice stating that at a meeting of the Commission of the

will hear the remonstrances cf persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
