WHEREAS, the City has agreed to purohase from T. C. Havens
for the sum of $16,500 the NE i of the SW i of the.$11.o.tH-

is to be paid in cash, the balance evidenced by 3 notes in-'*:.
equal amounts each for the sum of $3333.00, due one, two, •
and three years after date; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of
that the s-m of 6500.00 be, and is hereby, appropriated
from the GENEI:AL. FUND SURPLUS for the purpose of paying
the first cash payment to said T. C. Havens for said prop
erty upon approval by the City Attorney of said title, an4:
the Mayor and City Manager is authorized to execute mortgage
for the balance of said purchase prioe to said T. C. Havens.
