Worth Crow and others, representing the Flagler Notarial W,n t,
Club and Library, appeared before the Commission this day in re-
ferenoe to the acquisition of suitable site for said building,
and
WHARFAS, the Commission is in sympathy with the proposed
movement, and
WH:REAS, it is neoessary for the Commission to be informed
as to its right to sell or lease or otherwise dispose of the
property between said streets for said purposes; therefore,
BE IT HESOLV ;D by the Commission of the, City of Miami, that
the committee representing the Flagler Memorial '.omans' Club be
and they are hereby, requested to have their attorney confer with
the City Attorney and have them report to the C nmieSion the
right of the Commission to sell, lease or otherwise dispose of
said water front property to said Flagler Iemorial Womans' Club
and Library and the said Committee is requested to submit pre-
liminary plans of said buildings to the Commission.
