WW RE1►3, the Oity of Miami hao been offered, through
Attorney for the owner, a certain tract of land oonalitifl
of 16 acres, to be used for stone quarry purposes, at and
for the sum of 016,500, 06,500 Dash and the balance in de -
(erred payments upon oertain conditions set forth in the
oommnnioation of said attorney to the City Manager, and
WEzIREA3, the Oity Commission deems it advisable to
purchase said land for the purposes aforesaid and oonsidere
the price asked for said traot of land to be a reasonable
one; now, therefore,
Bid IT R.;SOLVED by the Commission of the City of ?diami,
that the offer of the purchase of said property at and for
the sum of 416, 500, of whioh 06,500 is to be paid in cash and
the balance on or before one, two or three years, be and the
same is hereby, accepted, and the question of giving mort-
gage back for the deferred payments or taking contract for
sale, examination and approval of title and other details in
connection therewith be referred to the City Attorney with
directions to report back to the City Commission at its next
regular meeting.
