That the construction of the following deaoribed imprdva.
mcnt is hereby ordered to be made; the Commission of the City
of Ui:v..i., r la. , hereby setting forth its intention to prOOee¢
under Section 56 of the City Charter.
Deecridtion of highway or mart thereof to be improved, cm
sidewalk to be oonstruoted or sewer to be laid. The materiel,
nature and character of suoh improvement with the terminal
points and width thereof:

inspection er.d superintendence of tha work, the preparation
of plans and specifications and estia.ae, the printing and
