and 18 of Blook 2, Bayview, and
�S, 9. B. Olark desires to purohase same tar the
sum of #3,000, payable $600 cash and the balance in 12 aonthr
at 8 peroent interest, the interest being payable eemi-monthly.
and
W R3LS, the City deems the price offered fair consider-
ation for the purohase of said property and to the best inter-
ests of the city that same be sold; therefore,
BS IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami,
that the City ldanager be, and is hereby, authorized, for and
on behalf of the City of Miami to execute an agreement for
purohase to 8. E. Clark for Lots 16, 17 and 18, of Blook 2,
Bayview Addition for the consideration of 43,000 of Which sum
4500.00 is to be payable in cash and the balance in twelve
months at 8 per cent interest from date until paid, interest
being payable semi-annually.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon the payment of the balance
due the City Manager be, and is hereby, authorized to execute
proper deed of oonveyanoe to said purchaser for said property.
