A RESOLUTION SELECTING A NEWSPAPER IN THE 0/TT >>
OF MIAMI,DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN WHICH TO PUB.
LISH THE SALE OF LANDS FOR UNPAID TAXES.
WHEREAS Seotion 756 of the Revised General Statutes
of the State of Florida relating to advertising and selling lands
for unpaid taxes, as amended by Chapter 8570 of the Laws of
the State of Florida, direots the publication of the advertisement -
and sale of lands for unpaid taxes in some newspaper published in
the County,
AND, WHEREAS, the )Liam_. Day Metropolis
has been continuously published in said State and County for a
period of more than one year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, that

be and is hereby selected by the City Commission as the newspaper
in which the Director of rinance shall advertise the sale of
lands for unpaid taxes due to the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd. day of April,
A. D. 1923.
