Preaare and file plans and speoif icat ions of such improvement
and an estimate of the coat thereof, including an estimate
of the inoidental experises,and the said plans and speoifi-
cations aad estivate of cost and estimate of incidenta3,
expenses have been filed by the City Manager with the City
Clerk.
Therefore, Be it Resolved by the Commission of the City
of Liiar.i, Florida, That the City Clerk shall cause to be
pubiiged for at least once in the

a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Miami, a
notice stating that at a meeting of the Commission of the
