Be It Resolved by the Commission of the City of iiiawi,F1O4.4at
That the oonstruotion of the following described im,prove.•
rent is hereby ordered to be made; the Commission of the City
of Isiar::i,Fla., hereby setting forth its intention to »XOQeQd
under Section 56 of the City Charter.
Description of highway or mart thereof to be improved, or
sidewalk to be constructed or sewer to be laid. The material,
nature and character of such improvement with the terminal
points and width thereof;
The fellowin: streets are to be improved by grading,
by the oonstruotion of 8. ecnerete curb and jotter (except where
suitable curb and :;utter to the proper line and Exade is already
in place) ana by the construction of a bituminous macadam pave-
ment, to a ,:idth of Thirty --three (33) feet from curb to ourb.
