That the oonstruation of the following described improve,.

Under Section 56 of the City Charter*

sidewalk to be constructed or sewer to be laid. The materiel,
nature and charaoter of ouch improvement with the terminal
points and width thereof:
The following streets are to be improved by grading, by
the construction of a ocnorete curb and gutter (except xkRI
where a suitable curb and gutter to the proper grade anad line

pavement on oororete foundation to a width of forty-six (46)
feet from curb to ourb.

file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said
proverent and an estir.:ate of the cost thereof, which estimate

inspection e.nd superintendence of the work, the preparation
