file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said im.
pxovoment and an estimate of the cost thereof, which estimate
shall show the eetiraated amount to be assessed against the
abutting property eer front foot, inciueirg an estimate of the

inspection and suJerintendence of the work, the preparation
of plaits and cee„if ic.tiona and estimate, the printing and
publishing of noci"ces and proceedings, the preparation of
