SILUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT O ZOO

BE IT RESOLVED by the OoMmission of the City of .
that the City of Miami pay the two bills attached to tlii
oolimunication of Chas. T. Griffith, amounting to the suci
of 460.00 upon receiving a release in full from Mt. GriffithH
to be approved by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said amount be paid
.out of the proper fund by the Director of Finance upon re-
ceipt of the release approved by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if there is no designated
fund out of which said sum can be paid that it be paid out
of the GENERAL FUND SURPLUS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, A. D. 1923.
