ports that the 1920 taxes on the Center fifty
(601) feet of Lots 3 and 4, Kook 5 South,
were sold for non-payment of taxes, and Tax
Bale Certificate Bo. 637 was issued in .error
for same, and.
WHEREAS, taxes on the above desoribed
property were covered under a separate a08008-
ment, and correctly paid; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami that the Director of Finance be,
and he is hereby, authorize& and directed to
redeem Tax Sale Certificate No. 637, dated. Ju-
ly 5th, 1921. •
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March,
A. D. 1923.
