WHEREAS, said Urs. Alice Pitcher has made application fo;
.refund of the aforesaid amount; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami, that
the Director of Finance be, and he is hereby, authorized and di-
rected to draw his warrant in the sum of '447.18 to the order of
lilts. Alice Pitcher for the purpose of refunding to her the amount
of taxes erroneously paid by her upon said property.
PASSED VD ADOPTED ti-is 13th day of Larch, A. D. 1923.
