A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING THE SUM 0P $600 PROM

POSE OF PAYING FOR STREET WIDENING AND APPROPRIA.,
ING THE SUM OF $2,000 FROM THE UNENCUMBERED GENBRAII
FUND SURPLUS. TO FUEL AND SUPPLIES, INCINERATOR, iN
THE DEPARTMENT CIEs PUBLIC SERVICE.
WHEREAS, in widening of part of N. E. Seoond Avenue, in
front of the property of Thomas C. F. O'Brien, it became ne-
cessary for the city to expend the sum of $600 for tearing
down and rebuilding a fence, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that an estimate for
Fuel and Supplies, Incinerator, was inadvertently left out
of the 1923 Budget Estimate, and, therefore, no appropriation
was made therefor, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager requests an appropriation of
2,000 to said item; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami,
that the sum of 4600 be, and is hereby, appropriated from the
unehcumbered General Fund Surplus for the purpose of paying
for the cost of said work, and that said sum shall be refunded
from the Bond Fund for Street Widening Purposes when the money
therefor is available.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of 4;;2,000 be, and is
hereby, appropriated from the General Fund Surplus to Fuel and
Supplies, Incinerator, ih the Department of Public Service.
