authorized by resolution of the Commission of the City of
Miami has been properly and corrpletely done and said work
duly acoepted by the Commission of the City of Miami,
NOW, THERE' ORL, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF TIE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, That the City Manager be and is
hereby directed to Wake and file with the City Clerk a
preliminary assessment roll of said improvement as provided
in Section 56 of the City Charter,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon the filing of said
preliminary assessment :�otl, the bity Clerk cause notico
to be given is a newepaae. published in the City twice
weekly for two weeks, stating that at a meeting of the
Com:.:ission of the City of Miami to be held on a certain day
and at a certain hour, not less than twelve days from the
date of the first publication, any person whose property is
described in said preliminary assessment roll, may appear
and file written objections to the confirmation of the said
preliminary roll.
