- OF ' TR,REE THOUSAND DOLLARS FROM THE
UNENCUMBERED GENERAL FUND SURPLUS
FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING HOUSE
CONNECTIONS.
WHEREAS, the Director apt Public Service
reports that the House Connection Bond Fund is not
suffioient to make the necessary house oonneotione
on the streete now under contract for paving, and
requests that an appropriation of $3,000.00 be made
to complete this work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the
Commission of the City of Miami that the sum of
$3,000.00 be and is hereby appropriated from the un-
encumbered balance in the General Fund Surplus for
the purpose of completing the work of laying house
connections on the streets now under contract for
new paving.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of Feb-
ruary, A. D. 1923.
