A RESOLUTION CANCELLING STORM SEWER ASSESSMENT
AGAINST THE NORTH FORTY-SIX FEET OF THE SOUTH
SEVENTY-FIVE FEET OF LOTS ONE AND TWO, BLOCK
NINETEEN NORTH, LEVIED UNDER DATE OF FEBRUARY
FIRST, 1917.
WHEREAS, the reoords of the City show that a
storm sewer assessment was levied against the North
forty-six (46) feet of the South seventy-five (75) feet
of Lots one (1) and two (2), Block nineteen (19) North,
under date of February 1, 1917,
AND, WHEREAS, The City of Miami on March llth,
1920, conveyed said property by warranty deed to A. Louis
and could not, therefore, enforce said assessment against
the said property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Director
of Finance be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
ancel the said storm sewer assessment so far as it
affects the said above described property.
DONE AND ORDERED this Gth day of February,
19g3.
