BE IT RESOLVED by the OomMiasion of the 'Oity of M3 bei,
that the request of the Mille Corporation, as set forth in
the communication of P. L. Watson-M. B. Carrie, Engineers,
under date of January 15th, 1923, and addressed to the Di-
reotor of Publio Service, be, and is hereby, authorized, and
that the said Mills Corporation be, and it is hereby, author-
ized. to fill in the extensions of N. E. 22nd Street, N. E..
23rd Street and N. 4. 23rd Terraoe as shown by the map of the
proposed fills of the extensions of the said streets and ter-
race, whioh said map shall be filed with the Direotor of Pu-
blio Servioe.
BE IT FURTHER RESCLV. D that the said extensions shall
be without cost of any kind on part of the Oity for work done,
materials furnished, or otherwise, and without any liability
of any kind on part of the Oity of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of January, A. D. 1923.
