owners as required by Seotion I of said Reaolnt' o
1'egniting the owners of said property to. Clear the.*ame r
and destroy all weeds, undergrowth, rubbish, trash, uns
and unsanitary matter upon the said lots, and,
WHEREAS, the owners failed within the time provided,
within said Resolution to olean and cause to be removed ,the:.
weeds from said lots and to make said .lots clean and sanitay.
and,
WHEREAS, thereupon the City Manager did cause to be
removed from said lots the weeds and to make clean and sanitary
the same and has filed a report thereof with the City Commission
showing- the description of the property, the name of the owners,
the date when the same was cleaned, and the cost of the clean—
ing of each of said lots, which said report has been filed
with' the City Commission for idtenification.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 3Y THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF That the said work in cleaning of the said lots
be and it is hereby accepted by the Commission of the City of
and t:le said report of the said City Manager is in all
things confirmed and sustained against any and all lots or
i.wr.els of land described in said report, and the said lots
and parcels of land and each of then'i is hereby assessed with
the cost of cleaning of said lots from wesds and making the
same clean and sanitary, the said cost being shown in the
said report.
