RERMAS, by Resolution No. 492 passed And dotie
August a2nd, 1922, the owners off' the Tots deec?tbe+d to firs
said resolution were ordered to connect their itoreral
premises with sanitary sewers,
AND, WHEREAS, notice was duly given by publ scat ion'
required by law, to said property owners, requiring them to
rake such connection, within ten days from the service of said
notice, and that in default thereof such connection be made
by the City of Wia.i and the whole cost of said connections
be made a. lien against the particular premises with which the
connection was m.Ida, to the amount, extent and character as
liens i.rovided for in Section 56 of the City Charter,
AND, WHEREAS, it is shown by the report of the City
:tanager which has been duly filed for identification, that
the said work has been properly and completely done and that
the cost of said house connections gar lineal foot amounts to
#1.05, and that the following is b, true and correct statement
of the name of the owners, description of the rrol.erty, per
