ment No. 149, and
WHEREAS, - the charter requires and provides for:the filing of
written objections to the confirmation of such preliminary assess-
ment rolls; now, therefore,
. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, that
the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to
give public notice in a newspaper published in the city twice week-
ly for two (2) weeks, stating that at a meeting of the City Commis-
sion to be held on February 6th, 1923, at 9:00 o'clock a. m., any
person whose property is described in the said preliminary roll, may
appear and file written objections to the confirmation of the said
preliminary roll.
