WHh 9, Was g. Briokell, Prank Clark and William
R. Brickell, gxecutore of the Estate of iory Brickell, de-
ceased, have filed with the Director of public service a
plat of the subdivision of the following described tract
of land, to -wit:
Commence at the Northwest Corner of Brick -
ell Hammock Unit No. 1 as recorded in plat Book
5, page 113, public records of Dade County;
thence Southwest along the Northwestern boundary
of said Brickell Hammock produced 184.5 feet;
thence Southwest parallel to aforesaid North-
western boundary, 24.2 feet; thence Southeast
parallel to aforesaid Southwestern boundary
427.0 feet; thenoe Northeast parallel with said
Northwest boundary 22.2 feet; thence Southeast
parallel to said Southwestern boundary 1429.4
feet; thenoe Southwest parallel to said North-
western boundary, 22.2 Feet; thence Southeast
parallel to said Southwestern boundary 205.0
feet to the Southeastern boundary of Briokell
Hammock produced; ,ehenoe Northeast along mid
Southeastern boundary produced 206.7 feet to
the Southwest corner of Briokell Hammock; thenoe
Northwest along the Southwestern boundary of
Brickell Hammock 2947.9 feet to the paint of be-
ginning,
said Subdivision to be known as "First Addition to Briokell
Hammock - Unit No. 1", and
WHLR$AS, the Director of public' Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the char-
ter of the City of Miami,
NOW, THLRLFORL, BL IT ODAIL D by the Commission of
the City of Miami that the dedication of the streets in said
subdivision, as shown by said plat, is accepted and confirm-
ed by the City of I iou�t.
