AN ORDINANCE• ACCEPTING:
.THE,"DEDICATEON,'OP THE
STREETS IN A. RE=SUB=
DIVISION OP ".1EI-
PERSON PARK"
Whereas, East Coast Improve-
ment Co.,a corporation organized
and existing under and by virtue
of the laws of the State of Flor-
ida, has filed with the Director
of Public Service a plat of the
re -subdivision of Jefferson Park
as recorded at page 24 in Plat
Book 7 of ` the Public_ Records of
Dade County, Florida, said re -sub-
division to be known as Jefferson
Park and ,.
Whereas, the Director of Public
Service has approved said plat as
complying with all the provisions
of * the charter of the City of
Miami, and
Whereas, the Director of
Finance has certilfed that all city
taxes and all city; liens due and
payable have been duly paid,
Now, Therefore, Be It Ordained
By the Commission of the City. of
Miami: that the dedication ofthe
streets •' in said - subdivision, . as
shown by said plat, be, and 'are
hereby, accepted and confirmed
by the City of Miami.
Passed and adopted this' 20th'
day of October, A. D., 1923.
