City of Florida:
Section 1: That t a Department of Pudic Service and
Public Ye1{are heretofore cc:::c;ned into cne dea:a; tment, be
consolidated and combined with the Derart. ent of Pudic Utilities.
Section 2: That the compensation of the Director of the
said consolidated Departc:.en t of Public Service and Public
\"elfare be and is hereby fixed at the sutra of Twelve (: 12.00)
dollars per arnum, payable t:.onthly.
