EUS, the Oomrnission of the Oity of Miami desires to
establish a uniform and nominal fee of One dollar for the se-
curing of permits for the erection, construction, alteration or
repair of buildings, structures, signs and fences within- the
City of LUami, and
WHEREAS, for the securing of said permit, the Commission
of the City of Miami wish certain pre -requisites pertaining
thereto, not, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY CP MIAMI:
Section 1: That the sum of one dollar (41.00) is hereby
fixed as a fee for tha issuance of permits for the erection,
construction, alteration or repair of buildings, structures,
signs and fences within the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2: That oefore any permit shall be issued that
the applicant or applicants shall comply with the building or-
dinance or ordinances now in force or that may be hereafter be
passed and adopted.
Section 3: That this ordinance shall in no wise be retro-
active or applicable to buildings or structures now being con-
structed, erected, altered or repaired.
