WHEREAS, Charles A. Mills and ,Marian P. Mills, his
wife, have filed. with the Director of Public Service a.
plat of the subdivision of
Lot one (1) of Block three (3) of Edgewater
according to the plat of Edgewater recorded
at page 31 of Plat Book 2 of the Public Records
of bade County, Florida, and Of the riparian
rights and filled in lands adjacent and lying
east of said lot cne (1) of said iic^k. three
(3), and extending easterly to the U.S.Harbor
line along the westerly side of Biscayne Day,
said subdivision to be known as "SHORELA 'N", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
all city taxes and all city liens due and payable have been
dug y paid, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complyinE with all the previsions of the charter
of the City of Miami,
NOW, THEREFORE) BE IT ORDAI' ED by the Commission of
the City of :iiaxi, that the dedication of the streets in
said subdivision, as sown by said plat, is acce?: tee and
confirmed by the City of Miami.
