Section 1: It is hereby declared that all territory ell.

be and is hereby declared to be a bird sanctuary.
Section 2: It shalibe unlawful for any per or. to shoot,
trap or in any manner kill or destroy birds within the terri-
tory embraced within the City of Lii .mi, Florida.
Section 3: Any person violating any provision of this
ordinance upon conviction thereof uhall be punished by a fire
of not less than five (5) dollars nor more than twenty-five
(25) dollars or by imprisonment for not more than ten (10)
days.
