wife, have filed with the Director of Public Service a
plat of the subaiitisionof:
all that iortion of Lots O..e (1), Two (2),
Three (3) and Four (4) of a subdivision Of
the Northeast quarter (U.E.) of the North-
east quarter (N.E.+) of Section Thirty-three
(33) cf the Ncrtht est quarter (Iv) of
the Northwest quarter (N.r.u) of Section
Thirty-four (34), both lyint, North cf the
North Fork of the Miami River and in Township
Fifty-three (55) South, Ranee Forty-one (41)
East as t'ecorded in Book "3" of Plats at
Pa6e 5, Public R`coras cf DaaeCounty,
Florida, lyir:e North of the North Fork of tte
River and North of the 4ia::i Canal,
said Subdivision_ to be kzloV:n as "tx'a:. G. Just Subdivision", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has :..:proved

charter of the City of Miami,
NOT, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAI:"ED by the Commission
of the City of Miami, that the dedication of the streets
in said subdivision, as shorn by said plat, is accepted
and confirmed by the City of Miami.
