"ODD INDIAN GARDENS. "
MEREAS, Dr. G. Hauser and Ida E. iauserhis wife,
have filed with the Director of Public Service, a plat of the
subdivision of:
The -Northwest quarter (iv.V ) of the South-
east quarter (S. E. LL) of Section 28, Township
53 South, Range 41 East, lying north of the
center line of the Miami Canal, and the North-
east quarter (N. E.4-) of the Southwest quarter
(S. r. 4) of Section 28, Township 53 South,
Range 41 East, lying north of the center line
of the Miami Canal, except such land deeded
to the State of Florida for lock purposes, all
in Dade County, Florida,
said subdivision to be known as "Old Indian Gardens", and
r:'HEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the charter
of the City of Miami,
NOri, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAII;ED by the Commission of
the Cityeif Miami, that the dedication of the streets in said
subdivision, as shown by said plat, is accepted and confirmed
by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADO. T,ED on its first reading and read by
title only, this �'1 f day of March, A.D. 1523.
PASSED AND OPTED on its second reading and read
