B. stalker has filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of the Re -subdivision of Lots 16 and 17 inDlock 15 of an "Amended Plat of Lots A-16-17-Block 13, Lots 16-17-18+-19 Block 14, Lots B-16-17 18-19 Block 15, Lots 16-17-18-19-Block 16, Lots 16-17-18-18•-Block 17 and Lots A-16-17 Block 18 of A subdivision of The Dale Miller Tract as recorded in Book 7 of Plata of page 159, public records of Dade County, Florida. WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that all city taxes and all city liens due and payable have been duly paid, and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said plat as complying with all the provisions of the charter of the City of Miami, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the City of Miami, that the dedication of the streets in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, is accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
